This message is to inform all U.S. Citizens who intend to depart Laos on the special chartered flight organized by the U.S. Department of State that the estimated departure time of the flight has changed. It is now expected to depart at 5:30 a.m. tomorrow, April 12. It is scheduled to arrive in San Francisco, CA at 7:00 p.m. on April 12.
U.S. Citizens who have received a message confirming they have a seat on the flight should arrive at Wattay International Airport at 2:00 a.m. for boarding. Passengers arriving prior to 2:00 a.m. will not be allowed into the airport.

U.S. Citizens inconvenienced by this scheduling change who may be seeking last-minute lodging may consider contacting the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Vientiane at +856 (0)21 908 888. The Crowne Plaza has generously arranged a special rate for passengers on this flight for USD$50/room for 12 hours lodging, one room service meal, and ground transportation to the airport prior to departure on April 12. Each additional person up to a maximum of four people per room can be added for USD$10/person. Please let hotel staff know you are departing on the special chartered flight.
